At Elevate Relationships, I provide trauma-informed mental health therapy specializing in grief, loss, ableism, life-cycle transitions, depression, and relational healing. Services are offered virtually and through on-site therapy at approved care facilities within the Denver metro area.

Individual Therapy

• 60-minute session: $165

• Initial intake (75 minutes): $225

Couples / Relational Therapy

• 60-minute session: $195

• Extended session (90 minutes): $275

On-Site Therapy at Care Facilities

On-site therapy is available at approved care facilities, such as:

• Assisted living communities

• Senior living facilities

• Hospice or palliative care settings

• Rehabilitation or transitional care programs

• Other professional care environments (by arrangement)

Services are not provided in private residences.

Facility on-site session fee (60 minutes): standard session rate

Facility travel / coordination fee: $25–$40, depending on distance and logistics

Sliding Scale

A limited number of sliding-scale openings are available for clients experiencing financial hardship. Reduced fees range from $110–$140, based on availability and need.

Insurance

I do not accept insurance directly. I can provide a superbill upon request for potential out-of-network reimbursement.
